This flight hours must be declared and evidenced in the field YOUR AVIATION KNOWLEDGE. <br \/>\r\n<strong>09.<\/strong> After the successful registration and approval to become a Member, a minimum of one OFFLINE or ONLINE flights per month are mandatory to be flown under the assigned responsible Commander and assigned Operations Categories. <br \/>\r\n<strong>10.<\/strong> PIREPS, and FLIGHT TRACKS are mandatory for the FLOWN OPERATIONS EVALUATIONS. FLIGHT TRACKS are to be created automatically with the free <a href=\"https:\/\/albar965.github.io\/littlenavmap.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LITTLE NAVMAP<\/a> tool. <br \/><strong>11.<\/strong> Flight Planning with <a href=\"https:\/\/dispatch.simbrief.com\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NAVIGRAPH SIMBRIEF DISPATCH<\/a> recommended but not mandatory.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The VEAF Internet Site use advanced Web Technologies. At no time will be, private information the Member have given us, shared or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. The exception to this rule is when site Visitors or Members are suspected of misusing the VEAF site, data and operations.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The full names and forenames of the VEAF Members, are only published as shortcuts. The Images\/Avatars for the VEAF Members are unified and provided by HQ &amp; MAJCOM.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The IP addresses of the VEAF Members are recorded internally in the VEAF log files for operational reasons. The IP addresses of the VEAF Non-Member, Visitors are automatically recorded for up to 7 days, to evtl. detect and defend attacks against VEAF and\/or for security reasons. Thereafter, the deletion or anonymization of the detected IP addresses takes place.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The log files include the type of browser with which VEAF Members and VEAF Visitors access the Website, the owned System, Date and Time. We store IP addresses only to the extent necessary for the Operations of VEAF.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The VEAF Membership can be terminated at the request of the Member or for good cause by the Staff of the VEAF. Thus, all personal data required for the operation of the Member will be deleted, also the stored log files, 7 days after termination of the Membership.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questions?
