THE EDUCATION AND THE VIRTUAL MILITARY AVIATION FOR THE DEFENCE, INTELLIGENCE AND RESCUE ARE OUR MISSION!
The VEAF uses an advanced architecture that always follows the latest scientific findings and their successful implementations. We use the CAES Complex Adaptive and Emergent Systems methods, based on Darwin’s theory of co-evolution, and implement them through a multi-layered recursive fractal systems approach for a competent VEDF defence system and for all its subsystems, here e.g. the VEAF.
We sustain the Idea, that the intelligent and targeted partialy combination of the vertical COG-oriented Root-Tree structures with the horizontal Rhizomatic oriented structures allows significant strategical advantages for the implementation of the CAES approaches in the defence too.
The goal is the highest level of a clean, competent strategic and operational interoperability effectiveness and resilience for all defence resources, always determined by the current causal, situational and forecast needs analysis.
Under these premises, both the organizational planning of the VEAF and the operational planning of the VEAF missions should be designed.

Der VEAF verwendet eine fortschrittliche Architektur, die immer den neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und deren erfolgreichen Implementierungen folgt. Wir verwenden die Methoden CAES Complex Adaptive and Emergent Systems, basierend auf Darwins Theorie der Co-Evolution, und implementieren sie durch einen mehrschichtigen rekursiven Fraktalsystemansatz für ein kompetentes VEDF Verteidigungssystem und für alle seine Subsysteme, hier z.B. das VEAF.
Wir vertreten die Idee, dass die intelligente und gezielte partielle Kombination der vertikalen COG-orientierten Root-Tree-Strukturen mit den horizontalen Rhizomatic-orientierten Strukturen erhebliche strategische Vorteile für die Umsetzung der CAES-Ansätze auch in der Verteidigung ermöglicht.
Das Ziel ist ein Höchstmaß an sauberer, kompetenter strategischer und operativer Effektivität der Interoperabilität und die Belastbarkeit für alle Verteidigungsressourcen, immer bestimmt durch die aktuelle kausale, situative und prognostizierte Bedarfsanalyse.
Unter diesen Prämissen soll sowohl die Organisationsplanung des VEAF, wie auch die Operationsplanung der VEAF Einsätze konzipiert werden.

Le VEAF utilise une architecture avancée qui suit toujours les dernières découvertes scientifiques et leurs implémentations réussies. Nous utilisons les méthodes CAES Complex Adaptive and Emergent Systems, basées sur la théorie de la co-évolution de Darwin, et les implémentons à travers une approche de systèmes fractals récursifs multicouches pour un système de défense VEDF compétent et pour tous ses sous-systèmes, ici par ex. le VEAF.
Nous soutenon l’idée que la combinaison partielle intelligente et ciblée des structures Root-Tree verticales orientées COG avec les structures horizontales orientées Rhizomatic permet des avantages stratégiques significatifs pour la mise en œuvre des approches CAES dans la défense également.
L’objectif est le plus haut niveau d’efficacité stratégique et opérationnelle propre et compétente d’interopérabilité et de résilience pour toutes les ressources de défense, toujours déterminé par l’analyse causale, situationnelle et prévisionnelle actuelle des besoins.
Sous ces prémisses, tant la planification organisationnelle du VEAF que la planification opérationnelle des missions du VEAF devraient être conçues.
